2012: I feel stuck
On paper, I had a great career — but something felt off.
I wanted more: more freedom, more purpose, more alignment. The pull to match passion with a paycheck became impossible to ignore. And beyond that, I craved a way to give back in a bigger way.
2013: I started my
portfolio career
I loved my work in the tech sector, and I loved my volunteer work. Instead of choosing, I blended them — building a consulting and mentoring business while leading in the nonprofit space. What began as a side hustle became an intentional, strategic career shift.
2020: I launched my first course
Scaling my portfolio career meant expanding my impact. Creating a course allowed me to help more entrepreneurs, share my expertise, and build a sustainable model that supported both my business and my nonprofit leadership.
2022: Scaling impact—in both business & nonprofit
Years of strategy, persistence, and intentional growth paid off. My business and nonprofit work accelerated, leading me to refine my focus. I transitioned from long-term 1:1 coaching to a high-impact, executive-level advisory model, offering breakthrough sprints and strategic planning designed to deliver real results, fast.
2024: I’m focused on what matters
I now operate as a fractional SME, selectively advising founders, executives, and organizations ready to make meaningful change, combining business acumen with purpose-driven leadership. Because success isn’t just about growth—it’s about making a difference where it matters most.
2026 and beyond
The journey doesn’t stop here. As I continue to build, grow, and create impact, I invite you to come along—because success is better when shared.
